Getting ready for the roar..
I've been keeping the planning for the next Ntosake all in my head. Now I'm beginning to put things on paper, to commit time to changing what didn't work and strengthening what did. I'm looking forward to another event with new women and returning women, all hungry to be stronger. All of them with one goal in mind: to be the complete person God intended me to be, to be the change that is needed. And to stop all that whining! I'll start a new routine of prayer and reading of journaling, and yes, exercise. Movement of body will stimulate movement of mind. Get ready to roar, Ntosake.
